Install\u00e9e dans une ancienne bergerie datant de plus d\u2019un si\u00e8cle, notre cave profite de murs de pierre \u00e9pais, assurant une r\u00e9gulation thermique naturelle id\u00e9ale pour l\u2019\u00e9levage du vin. Du raisin \u00e0 la bouteille<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Apr\u00e8s la vendange, les raisins sont soigneusement \u00e9grapp\u00e9s et foul\u00e9s, puis press\u00e9s en douceur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un pressoir pneumatique qui pr\u00e9serve toute la finesse aromatique. La fermentation est ensuite contr\u00f4l\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision par un groupe de froid, permettant d\u2019exalter chaque ar\u00f4me et de garantir un vin d\u2019une grande puret\u00e9.<\/p>

Nous modernisons progressivement notre cuverie en rempla\u00e7ant les anciennes cuves en acier rev\u00eatu par des cuves en inox, garantissant un contr\u00f4le optimal et une qualit\u00e9 constante. L\u2019embouteillage, le capsulage et l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur place \u00e0 l\u2019aide de machines semi-automatiques, parfaitement adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 notre production artisanale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
